All pure honey will crystallize. To liquefy crystallized honey, heat a pan of water to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from heat, and place the honey container in the pan of hot water until liquified.
 
DO NOT microwave or refrigerate pure honey. Raw honey can be stored long-term in the freezer to avoid crystallization.
